Wine utensils...

Many objects can be used to ease and refine your wine service.

Of course, you will need a foil cutter and a corkscrew which are the 2 basic utensils. Foil cutter is essential because the wine must not be in contact with the metal while being poured.

Others can be very useful like the drip-catcher which
will avoid the drops running from the bottle neck to the tablecloth, or like the wine thermometer which will help you to serve the bottle at its ideal temperature, or like the decanter which will let your wine breath and free
its best aromas.

Don't forget to use "the" right glass which shape is studied to give you all means to fully taste your wine.
It must be stemmed and wider at its base, narrower
on top ; this enables the wine to "breath" and lets you smell all aromas when you taste it.
