Weights and Measures

Although we are usually mentioning weights and measures in our recipes,
some readers asked for equivalence.
We sometimes adapt them and they might not always be exactly equivalent.
But in this case, all the american measurements are in proportions

A few examples :

100 gr = [3.5 oz]
150 g = [5 oz]
200 gr = [7 oz]
250 g = [9 oz]
300 g = [10 oz]
350 g = [12 oz]
400 g = [14 oz]
450 g = [16 oz]
500 g = [1.1 lb]
1 kg = [2.2 lb]
1,5 kg = [3.2 lb]

1 oz = 28.349 g
2 oz = 57 gr
3 oz = 85 gr
4 oz = 113 gr
5 oz = 142 gr
6 oz = 170 gr
7 oz = 198 gr
8 oz = 227 gr
9 oz = 255 gr
10 oz = 283 gr

1 fl oz = 29.573 ml (= 2.9573 cl)
10 cl = [3.5 fl oz]
1 liter = [2 pints]
1.5 liter = [3 pints]
